Sessions are 60 minutes. I encourage my clients to arrive a few minutes early to warm up. 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, row machine or dynamic stretching is beneficial to warm up your body in preparation for your workout. Incorporating this as a regular part of your routine will lesson the risk of injury and promote improved results. I also reserve the last 5 to 7 minutes for a cool down and stretching.
